Chapter Philanthropy and Service

During October (Pink Power Month), our sisters host a handful of activities that raised money for our philanthropy. Two unique events that Delta Chi hosts every year includes Think Pink, Think Pie and Mr. Jewell.  The first event was started only two years ago and has really took off on campus. For just one dollar, people are able to pie the face of volunteer staff members at our college. The other event, Mr. Jewell, takes place at the end of every October and involves 5-6 men competing in a pageant to become William Jewell’s next Mr. Jewell. The men showcase evening wear, a talent, and answer questions in hopes of winning the title.  

Sisters from Delta Chi also gather to take part in distributing pink ZTA ribbons at a local Kansas City Chiefs NFL game, with other area Zeta Tau Alpha chapters.
